Mini Egg Crochet Decoration

This is the perfect project for using mini skeins and left overs.

Using sock weight yarn, a 3mm hook and US terms

2dc cluster – yarn over, pull up a loop, draw yarn through 2 loops, yarn over, pull up a loop, yarn over, draw yarn through 2 loops, then draw through the remaining 3.

In a magic loop, ch 2, dc, *ch 1, 2dc cluster* repeat between** 7 more times in total (8 times in total), ch1 and join to the top of the beginning ch2.

Round 2 – Ch3, 3 dc in the next 8 ch1 spaces from the previous round, 4 tc in the final ch1 space and join to the beginning ch3.

Sew in ends and add a tie to hang it at the top of the egg by the treble stitches.
