Come and learn to knit at this Beginners knitting Workshop where you will learn all of the basics stitches and get started on a gorgeous face cloth. The workshop is suitable for absolute beginners and anyone wanting to refresh their knitting skills.

I have been running a yarn business for almost 12 years,  I have lots of patience and I’ll make sure you gain a good working knowledge of basic knitting stitches – in a friendly and supportive environment.

You’ll learn how to hold the needles and yarn in a way that suits you, how to cast on, knit, purl and cast off. At the end of the class you will leave feeling inspired and with the confidence to continue developing your skills at home.

This workshop is 3 hours long and includes the cotton yarn and knitting needles you need to get started on your face cloth as well as refreshments and biscuits. It will take place in my yarn studio which is located in Holmfield Mills, Halifax.

Please note that my studio is on the top floor of the mill, up 4 flights of stairs and there is no lift unfortunately.

This class takes place on Saturday 14th May 10am-1pm

Workshop t&cs

Any workshop that is booked with us can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the day of the workshop and you will receive a refund.

If we have to cancel a workshop or course, we will let you know with as much notice as possible and offer you either; an alternative date to do the same workshop; offer an alternative workshop or if this is not possible; a full refund.

Any cancellations made where less than 7 days’ notice has been given, refunds are given at the discretion of the management team. In this case transfers to an alternative workshop will be possible or a credit stored within our systems. Please do contact us should such an occasion arise and we will be more than happy to discuss your options with you.
